Mainly used for immersion disinfection and sterilization of medical equipment. It cannot be used for disinfection or sterilization of injection needles, surgical sutures and cotton threads. 1.) Preparation of disinfectant: Add pH adjuster (sodium bicarbonate) and rust inhibitor (sodium nitrite) before use, and mix thoroughly.
2.) Cleaning treatment of instruments to be disinfected or sterilized: contaminated instruments should be thoroughly cleaned and dried before disinfection or sterilization. Before disinfection or sterilization of newly used surgical instruments, the grease and protective film should be removed first, and then washed with detergent to remove grease and dryness.
3.) Soaking and disinfection of instruments: Put the cleaned instruments into 2.0%~2.5% glutaraldehyde disinfectant to soak them completely, then cover the disinfection container and let it act for 60 minutes at room temperature. Rinse with sterile water before use.
