2. Anti-microbial indicators

1.) Quantitative bactericidal test method is tested, and its bactericidal effect should meet the following requirements: the action time of the original solution ≤60min, the logarithmic value of killing the contaminated Bacillus subtilis black variant (ATCC9372) spore sheet should be ≥3.00; the action time ≤4 h, Meet the sterilization qualification requirements.

2.) The bactericidal effect of the medical device is tested by simulating the field test method, and its bactericidal effect meets the following requirements: the action time of the stock solution is ≤60 min, and the logarithmic value of killing the contaminated Bacillus subtilis black variant (ATCC 9372) spore sheet should be ≥3.00; The action time is less than or equal to 5 hours to meet the sterilization qualification requirements.

3.the scope of application

Mainly used for immersion disinfection and sterilization of medical equipment. It cannot be used for disinfection or sterilization of injection needles, surgical sutures and cotton threads. It cannot be used for wiping or spray disinfection of indoor surfaces, indoor air disinfection, hands, skin and mucous membrane disinfection...

4.use method

1.) Preparation of disinfectant: Add pH adjuster (sodium bicarbonate) and rust inhibitor (sodium nitrite) before use, and mix thoroughly.

2.) Cleaning treatment of instruments to be disinfected or sterilized: contaminated instruments should be thoroughly cleaned and dried before disinfection or sterilization. Before disinfection or sterilization of newly used surgical instruments, the grease and protective film should be removed first, and then washed with detergent to remove grease and dryness.

3.) Soaking and disinfection of instruments: Put the cleaned instruments into 2.0%~2.5% glutaraldehyde disinfectant to soak them completely, then cover the disinfection container and let it act for 60 minutes at room temperature. Rinse with sterile water before use.

4.) Soaking and sterilization of medical equipment: Put the cleaned equipment into 2.0%~2.5% glutaraldehyde disinfectant to soak it completely, then cover the sterilization container and let it work for 10 hours at room temperature. Rinse with sterile water before use.

5.) Endoscope disinfection: use an endoscope washer-disinfector for disinfection, according to the Ministry of Health's sanitary license and instructions for the endoscope washer-disinfector used.

6.) Disinfection of manual endoscopes is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health "Endoscope Cleaning and Disinfection Technical Operation Specification" (2004 edition).

5. Inspection method

glutaraldehyde

Glutaraldehyde test paper: 0-0.5-1-2-3%

Operating procedures:

1.) Immerse the reaction zone in the test solution for 5 seconds, take out and shake off excess water droplets.

2.) Complete the color comparison within 45 60 seconds, and the color close to the color card is the concentration value.
