The notice specifically pointed out that in addition to the monitoring of 61 conventional indicators, the monitoring of two epidemic prevention and control characteristics indicators of residual chlorine and biological toxicity was added.

Hospital sewage disinfection often uses chlorine disinfectants (such as sodium hypochlorite, bleach, bleach, liquid chlorine, etc.), peroxide disinfectants (such as peracetic acid, etc.), ozone disinfection and other measures.

When disinfecting with chlorine-containing disinfectants and discharging hospital sewage to surface water bodies, dechlorination measures must be taken.
