How to use
1.Press the power button to turn on the meter and the short-line icon
2.Immerse the test object, the short- line icon stops flashing, and the test result is displayed.
3.The meter can test continuously for several times, to ensure the accuracy, it’s better to clean the meter before test.
4.After the test, please clean the meter with neutral detergent and clean water, wipe the moisture with soft cloth wet cloth, and put on the protective cove.
5.When testing, the head of the meter can not in contact with the container.
6.If the measurement is out of range, the instrument displays “HHHH”.
7.The instrument will automatic shut down without operation for 1 minute.
8.When testing pure water, the interface flash and no data display.

Water purity concept
The purity of water is often measured by its salt content or its resistivity. Electrical resistivity refers to the electrical resistance measured in the volume of 1cmxcm in section and 1cm in length, and the unit is ohms & # 215; cm. According to the different requirements of various industrial sectors for water quality, the purity of water can be divided into the following four types: desalinated water: generally refers to the high-salt content water after partial desalination treatment to become fresh water for domestic and production, seawater and salt water Desalination falls into this category. Demineralized water: equivalent to ordinary distilled water. Most of the strong electrolytes in the water have been removed, and the remaining salt content is about 1-5 mg / L. The resistivity of water at 25 degrees is 0.1-1.0MΩ.cm. Pure water: Also known as deionized water. Most of the strong electrolytes in the water have been removed, and the weak electrolytes have been removed to a certain extent, and the remaining salt content is below 1.0 mg / L. The resistivity of water at 25 degrees is 1.0-10MΩ.cm. High-purity water: Also known as ultra-pure water. At this time, almost all the electrolytes in the water have been removed, and the colloidal microbes, dissolved gases and organic matter in the water have been removed to the minimum. Before use, final treatment is required to ensure high water purity. The remaining salt content of high-purity water should be about 0.1mg / L. At 25 degrees, the resistivity of water is above 10 MΩ.cm. In theory, the resistivity of pure water (that is, ideal pure water) should be equal to 18.3MΩ.cm (at 25 degrees).
