1.If we have not found the model from website, what should we do?
Please email us with description and picture of the product, we research and develop new model every month, and some of them maybe have not been uploaded in website immediately. But If this is a new products for us, we can develop it for you after get all detailed information about your product.
2.Our policy: Within the warranty period, If there is any quality problem, please send us photos to show the problem.And then we will decide to send you parts or you send the instrument back to us to repair or exchange. Please make sure to contact us first instead of sending it to us directly. You only need to pay double-run freight.
Improper use of the instrument and man-made damage is not included in warranty. Warranty only aimed at the problem caused by the product quality.
